• Operate attractions safely and follow SOPs
• Sell tickets and manage customer payments
• Assist guests with inquiries and enforce safety rules
• Maintain logs for attendance, sales, and equipment
• Clean and maintain rides, booths, and park areas
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure accurate documentation and reports
• Suggest improvements for better operations
• Uphold Game On's service standards and professionalism

Cafe Crew

• Assist in preparing and serving beverages, snacks, and light meals.
• Handle cashier duties and maintain cleanliness at the café counter.
• Support restocking and daily café inventory checks.
• Greet and serve customers with a smile.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.

Theme Park Sales & Event

• Support planning and execution of in-park events and promotions
• Assist in preparing event materials and managing bookings
• Help with sales activities including membership, packages & upselling
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth event flow
• Interact with customers, handle inquiries and gather feedback
• Monitor event inventory and assist in setup/cleanup
• Keep records of sales, leads, and event performance
• Contribute ideas to improve events and customer engagement

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM RM650.00 per month
