JOB OVERVIEW

Pickle Social Club and The Courts @ KLGCC is a premium pickleball and lifestyle destination committed to creating an environment that blends sport, wellness, and community. We are seeking a dedicated
Community Lead
to play a pivotal role in ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for our members and guests.

This position is central to daily club operations, with a strong emphasis on on-ground presence, member engagement, and seamless service flow. The Community Lead will foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, build strong relationships with players and stakeholders, and coordinate daily activities to uphold the club's reputation as a vibrant and well-run facility.

Ideal candidates will bring experience in hospitality, events, or lifestyle spaces, with excellent people skills, a proactive mindset, and an eye for service excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Presence and Guest Experience

  • Welcome all members and guests with warmth, positivity and confidence
  • Set the tone for the club from the moment people walk in
  • Build relationships with regular players and guide newcomers into the community
  • Maintain a lively, friendly and inclusive atmosphere
  • Create memorable interactions that encourage repeat visits

On Ground Coordination and Club Flow

  • Oversee court flow, session transitions and guest movement during peak hours
  • Coordinate with coaches and operations to ensure seamless experiences
  • Support group bookings, socials and corporate sessions on site
  • Maintain consistent flow and atmosphere throughout operating hours

Experience Enhancement and Engagement

  • Observe guest behaviour and identify opportunities to elevate the experience
  • Gather feedback and recommend improvements to leadership
  • Support planning and hosting of community events and social gatherings
  • Represent PSC culture through daily interactions and service quality

Daily Operations and Service Standards

  • Handle enquiries, walk ins, bookings and general guest support
  • Maintain accurate front of house records for attendance and payments
  • Ensure the club stays clean, safe and guest ready
  • Support small administrative tasks such as stock checks and issue logs
