- To ensure and oversee that all the Front Office Assistant and One Connect Center shift procedures and duties are completed on time and are procedurally correct.
- Responsible for receiving and escorting all VIP's and ensuring that they feel comfortable and welcome on arrival to the hotel.
- Ensure that all standards and policies of the hotel are maintained with respect to a professional presentation and operation of all areas of responsibility.
- Assist to communicate with the Sales Department to advise or receive information on selected groups and guests.
- Attending guest needs, staff trainings and development.
- Assist to monitor Night Audit daily reports produced and month end statistical reports for accuracy, timeliness and quality.
- Assist to monitor and control room sales to maximize yield and occupancy.
- Assist to prepare weekly and monthly reporting on hotel occupancies and rates as required.
- Assist to set and ensure the Front Office achieves its financial performance targets for both revenue and expenditure.
- To achieve a level of service quality that consistently meets the expectations of guests and internal customers.
- Implement effective communications of guest feedback with all the Front Office Team.
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate for expected activity on all shifts.
- Authorize overtime that is required within the department, also ensuring time sheets are correctly maintained.
- Ensure Front Office Team are fully aware of the hotel's facilities, events, and service provided.
- To consistently deliver products, packages and services that meet the quality standards and expectations of our guests.
