You'll be responsible for driving mortgage acquisition, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to meet monthly mortgage acquisition targets.
  • Executes sales program such as roadshow, campaign, personal selling and appointments in order to achieve department and personal revenue goals.
  • Provide professional advice and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Deliver superior customer experiences aligned with the Bank's standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and property developers.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage sales.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and persuasive.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential and existing clients.
  • Strong business acumen and professionally presented.
