Job Details:

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Contract Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage monthly and quarterly reporting activities, including performing financial analysis and delivering insights from both group and legal entity perspectives.
  • Facilitate and support business decision-making by providing guidance on complex accounting treatments and ensuring effective execution of financial controls in alignment with financial reporting governance.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for financial reporting matters, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues as appropriate.
  • Support local statutory reporting processes and ensure timely completion of audit requirements in coordination with external auditors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal (FO, non-FO, and business) and external stakeholders to build comprehensive financial understanding, deliver actionable business insights, and ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Ensure full compliance with group and global accounting policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of operational excellence through effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate a proactive, growth-oriented mindset to enhance process efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Maintain and operate a robust financial control framework to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective risk management.
  • Lead and manage business and reporting change projects, ensuring timely delivery and providing opportunities to strengthen project and change management capabilities.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS / local GAAP, financial reporting standards, and consolidation principles.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, control frameworks, and statutory reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP / Oracle / similar ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of driving process optimization and operational excellence.
