We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Hall Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our events and hospitality department, you will oversee the smooth operation of our banquet and event spaces, ensuring that every function exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquet events, including setup, service, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.
• Oversee and lead banquet staff, including waitstaff, servers, and setup teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and assist in planning, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage the preparation and arrangement of tables, chairs, and decor, ensuring events are set up according to specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest requests or concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain and manage inventory of banquet supplies, ensuring they are kept in good condition and are readily available.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times during events.
• Handle event-related paperwork, including scheduling, billing, and any necessary reports.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, catering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
