To take reasonable steps to learn, know and obtain pertinent facts about their clients' backgrounds (e.g. client's investment objectives, financial background, source of funds, etc.) to comply with rules and regulations as set out by Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia and any other governing bodies relevant to the stockbroking industry.
