Job Description: Executive, Human Resources & Administration
Department: Corporate Support Services
Reports To: Senior Executive, Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding by managing job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, preparing offer letters, organising induction sessions, and ensuring proper setup of employee records and documentation.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing monthly payroll inputs, updating attendance, overtime and claims, managing leave and medical benefits, assisting with insurance matters, maintaining accurate HR databases, and responding to basic employee enquiries.
- Coordinate training and performance-related activities by collecting training needs, arranging training logistics, preparing attendance and evaluation forms, tracking appraisal submissions, updating KPI data, and maintaining all relevant training and performance records.
- Support employee engagement and relations by helping plan and execute staff activities, welfare initiatives, and internal communications, as well as providing first-level support for employee relations issues and escalating matters when required.
- Handle office and facility administration including managing office supplies, stationery, and equipment; coordinating maintenance and repair requests; liaising with building management on access, security, and parking matters; and ensuring a smooth and organised office environment.
- Coordinate vendors and service providers such as cleaning services, water and air filter suppliers, courier services, printing service vendors, IT support, and other office-related contractors, including processing invoices, quotations, and service requests.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for meetings, events, logistics, document preparation, filing, and any tasks assigned by the Senior Executive, HR or Management to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field; 1–3 years of HR and administration experience preferred; strong organisational and multitasking skills; good communication abilities; and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
