Join Malaysia's Leading Theme Park as a Pool Attendant and play a key role in ensuring guest safety and enjoyment across our water attractions. We're seeking alert, energetic, and service-driven individuals who can maintain a safe environment and deliver excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pool areas and surrounding facilities to ensure safety.
  • Providing lifeguard services and assisting guests in the water as needed.
  • Maintain pool cleanliness and check functionality of pool equipment.
  • Enforcing pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of pool-related equipment and activities.
  • Provide excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Record incidents, inspections, and daily activity logs accurately.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard or pool attendant is an advantage.
  • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety practices.
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Able to remain alert, responsible, and calm under pressure.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
