Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Customer Service team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
  • Support the team in maintaining customer records and databases.
  • Help resolve customer complaints with a professional and courteous approach.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in [English/Malay/other language].
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
