Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Analytics: Perform detailed data analysis to detect patterns, trends, and correlations that could influence business strategies.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports on findings to stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations for business growth and operational improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions and support.
  • Problem Solving: Address ad-hoc data queries and conduct thorough investigations to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies to continually enhance the analytics functions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operational Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools. Knowledge of data visualization software and SQL is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
