Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports including analysis and commentaries on variances.
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts for the group and its subsidiaries, monitoring performance against these budgets, and providing analysis and commentaries.
  • Preparation of corporate taxation reports and its forecasts, annual tax return and annual transfer pricing documentations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Assist in corporate exercises assumed by the Group

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in accounting or a professional qualification. A member of ACCA/CIMA/CPA or related would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Poses at least 2 years of relevant working experience as an accountant, preferably in a public listed company or a similar corporate/manufacturing environment.
  • Adaptable to change in a dynamic environment with initiative to improve reporting, policies and processes.
  • Strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines with good organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, strong analytical skills.
  • Pro-active and challenge the status quo and can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
