Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consumer Care Specialist, based in Johor Bahru. The Consumer Care Specialist will assist customers in both Tagalog and English languages, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Daily responsibilities include handling customer communications via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information regarding products and services, troubleshooting customer concerns, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Tagalog and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer support
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to effectively address customer issues
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer inquiries
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or customer service software is a plus
  • Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are desirable
