Job Description:

We are assisting our client to source a talented and results-driven Business Development role to drive sales growth in construction power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales of construction power tools in the market.
  • Identify new business opportunities with contractors, distributors, and industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company product's features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups to close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel..
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in construction tools or industrial equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction market and contractor landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and attend industry events.
  • Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate with Chinese language will be added advantage.
