About the role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle physical loading, unloading, transfer and proper storage of materials at designated locations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized warehouse through good housekeeping practices.
  • Arrange and label all materials and goods systematically for easy identification and tracking.
  • Manage inventory efficiently, including stock checks, stock card updates and ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) practice.
  • Inspect incoming goods for proper packing; report and record any non-conformance.
  • Ensure goods are stored and handled properly to maintain quality standards.
  • Support in maintaining accurate warehouse records and timely updates.
  • Participate in stock takes with the accounts team and assist in physical counts.
  • Monitor pest control and environmental conditions regularly to ensure product safety.
  • Accompany drivers for local or outstation deliveries when required.

Requirements & Advantages

  • Possess valid D, GDL, or E driving license (added advantage).
  • Able to operate a forklift (added advantage).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and discipline.
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities.
  • Team player with a positive working attitude.
