We are seeking a proactive
Executive Warehouse
to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, smooth logistics and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

  1. To manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and distribution.
  2. To ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock handling in line with GMP standards.
  3. To coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery timelines.
  4. To supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
  5. To liaise with transporters and vendors for efficient delivery and service.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management,
    Business Administration
    or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in procurement software. Preferably in SAP system.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  6. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is an added advantage.
