Responsibilities:

· General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing

· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

· Retrieve documents from filing system

· Handle requests for information and data

· Resolve administrative problems and inquiries

· Prepare written responses to routine enquiries

· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel & accommodation arrangements for Head of Departments

· Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules

· Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

· Maintain office supply inventories

· Coordinate maintenance of office equipment

· To setup and coordinate papers for meetings to ensure completeness and timeliness

· To file and manage general correspondences, legal documents, secretarial documents

· To assist in preparing and filing tender documents

· Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

· Possess at least a Diploma in in Business Administration, Management or equivalent

· Computer literacy in MS Office

· Positive disposition, self-motivated and resourceful with proven ability to multitask

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
