Warehouse Clerk

Job Responsibilities

-Responsible for providing inventory reports related to the warehouse/plant storage.

-Responsible for organizing all future ERP-related documents for receiving and delivery transactions.

-Responsible for handling stationery requisitions for the Warehouse Department.

-Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by superiors and assist with support-related matters.

Tanggungjawab

-Bertanggungjawab menyediakan laporan inventori yang berkaitan dengan stor kilang.

-Bertanggungjawab menyusun semua dokumen berkaitan penerimaan dan penghantaran dalam sistem ERP pada masa hadapan.

-Bertanggungjawab mengurus permohonan alat tulis untuk Jabatan Gudang.

-Melaksanakan tugasan munasabah lain yang diarahkan oleh atasan serta membantu dalam hal-hal sokongan yang berkaitan.

Requirements

-Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent

-No experience required

-Familiar with basic computer operations (e.g., Excel)

-Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is an advantage.

-Must be able to work 12-hours per day.

-Available to work 6 days a week with 1 day off.

Syarat-syarat

-Minimum SPM atau setaraf

-Tiada pengalaman diperlukan

-Biasa dengan operasi asas komputer (cth: Excel)

-Mahir dalam Bahasa Cina (bercakap, mendengar, membaca dan menulis)

-Keutamaan diberikan kepada calon wanita

-Sanggup bekerja12 jam satu hari.

-Boleh bekerja 6 hari seminggu dengan 1 hari cuti.

Warehouse Team Lead

Responsibilities

-Responsible for job assignments for technicians, monthly shift scheduling, and overtime control.

-Responsible for supervising and inspecting technicians' work quality and discipline.

-Responsible for conducting 6S inspections in the assigned area.

Tanggungjawab

-Bertanggungjawab terhadap penyusunan kerja juruteknik, jadual syif bulanan dan kawalan kerja lebih masa.

-Bertanggungjawab untuk memantau dan memeriksa kualiti kerja serta disiplin juruteknik.

-Bertanggungjawab menjalankan pemeriksaan 6S di kawasan yang dipertanggungjawabkan

Requirements

-Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse/store management.

-Experienced in operating a forklift.

-Kemahiran dalam Bahasa Cina (bercakap, mendengar, membaca dan menulis) merupakan satu kelebihan.

-Willingness and ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, as required (12 hours shift).

-Availability to work a 6-day week with 1 day off.

-Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman berkaitan dalam pengurusan stor/kilang.

-Berpengalaman memandu forklift.

-Mahir dalam Bahasa Cina (bercakap, mendengar, membaca dan menulis)

-Sanggup bekerjasyif bergilir, termasuk malam dan hujung minggu (syif 12 jam).

-Boleh bekerja 6 hari seminggu dengan 1 hari cuti.
