Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of our Global Mobile Data Platform built on Azure. This role is critical for providing seamless support to our users and maintaining the health of our core data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

· Platform Operations & Reliability: Serve as the primary point of contact for the operation and maintenance (O&M) support of the data platform, focusing on high availability and performance.

· Incident Management: Lead all aspects of fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and rapid problem resolution related to platform outages and critical issues.

· Proactive Monitoring: Conduct regular operational inspections and actively diagnose and resolve complex monitoring issues to prevent service disruptions.

· Automation & Optimization: Drive efficiency by developing and implementing automated and intelligent solutions for recurring O&M tasks.

· User Support & Liaison: Manage daily communications with users of the Global Mobile Data Platform, addressing and resolving operational and data-related inquiries effectively.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related technical field. (Motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)

· Technical Stack (Required Familiarity):

· Familiarity with the Azure Big Data technology stack.

· Experience working with key Azure services, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and SQL DW/Synapse.

· Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes.

· Experience in monitoring SQL stored procedures is highly desirable.

· Communication & Language

· Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory for both written and verbal communication to effectively support our global user base and collaborate with international teams.
