DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management.
  • Good knowledge of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

SCOPE OF WORK :

  1. Project Planning & Coordination


• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.


• Define project milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical paths.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure alignment with project objectives.

  1. Risk Management


• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.


• Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and update mitigation plans as necessary.


• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at all project stages.

  1. Quality Assurance and Compliance


• Ensure all project activities comply with specifications, standards, and statutory requirements.


• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and material quality.


• Implement corrective actions where non-conformance is identified.

  1. Progress Monitoring and Reporting


• Track project progress using suitable project management tools and techniques.


• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management and clients.


• Forecast project outcomes and propose corrective actions when deviations occur.

  1. Project Handover and Closure


• Oversee final testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation.


• Ensure all defects are rectified within the defect liability period.


• Prepare final project reports summarizing achievements, lessons learned, and performance review.
