Role Description

The Field Service Specialist will perform hands-on technical support, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment and systems. This role ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients and technical teams to ensure the proper functioning of medical technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang Valley .

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Field Service, including troubleshooting and technical support for medical technology or similar equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on effective Communication and exceptional Customer Service
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site support as required
  • Proficiency in English and any additional languages is a plus
