Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and general administrative tasks
  • Handle paperwork and documentation (invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Support basic finance functions such as payments, receivables, and expense tracking
  • Liaise with external accountant for bookkeeping and bank-related records
  • Assist engineers and project teams with administrative needs
  • Support event coordination, logistics, and customer order fulfilment
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an added advantage
  • Interest in robotics or tech environments is a bonus (but not required)
