CCIE ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Sunway Iskandar, Johor. You will be involved in cost estimation, contract management, and site coordination for our ongoing data center and construction projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for construction projects.
  • Measure and value construction works, including interim and final accounts.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
  • Prepare and analyze progress reports, highlight potential risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant construction standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to the project team.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or Junior Quantity Surveyors are also encouraged to apply (salary and benefits to be discussed during interview).
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management principles.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Able to work Monday to Saturday.
