How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and coordinate MEP design and implementation across project phases to ensure timely and compliant delivery
  • Conduct technical reviews and ensure MEP drawings meet local authority standards and project requirements
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and integration issues
  • Supervise site works and monitor subcontractors' performance to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Identify and manage risks related to MEP systems, proposing solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns
  • Drive improvements in design coordination, constructability, and energy efficiency of MEP installations

What You Bring

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP design and coordination, with strong exposure to substation/building and infrastructure projects
  • Deep understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and their integration
  • Strong knowledge of local codes, industry standards, and authority submission requirements
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and familiarity with BIM processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and interfacing with clients
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
