This role is vital in maintaining accurate schedules, material usage tracking, and administrative tasks to keep our production floor running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert customer orders into production schedules; highlight urgent or short lead-time orders.Update and maintain the daily production master plan with zero balance planning.Record production confirmations and material issues accurately.Prepare and update the Raw Material Planning table; escalate any discrepancies.Follow up with production teams to ensure schedules and deliveries are met.Verify raw material usage against Bill of Materials (BOM); prevent excess issuance.Maintain proper filing and documentation of production schedules and logistics.Support other administrative tasks as needed by the Planning Department.What We're Looking ForMinimum Diploma in any relevant field>3 years of experience in office, planning, or clerical roles (manufacturing preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting toolsGood communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams· Daily review and check the daily production sheet to compare plan vs actual output & highlight if target is not achievedDocument part information, Purchase indication details into the system accurately.Additional InformationLanguage Requirements: Bahasa Malaysia (required), English (preferred), Mandarin (Advantage)Location: Based in KlangReady to be part of a company that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement?Submit your application today and build your future with Top-A Plastic Sdn Bhd.
