Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Personal Driver. The ideal candidate should have strong driving skills, a polite and professional attitude and be familiar with local routes, including the use of navigation apps such as Google Maps or Waze to ensure efficient travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the assigned executive to and from office, appointments, meetings and other official engagements.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained and serviced regularly.
  • Plan routes and meet schedules efficiently, considering traffic and weather conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel, expenses and vehicle maintenance.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., checking oil, water, tire pressure).
  • Assist with loading and unloading items as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Run errands and perform duties related to vehicle needs or the executive's requirements.
  • Be available outside normal working hours including weekends and/or holidays if required (with prior notice).

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work overtime, with OT compensation provided.
  • Physically fit with a presentable and polite personality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Preferably based in Kajang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
