About the Role

FSR Group is hiring an experienced Accountant to support our expanding international operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing consolidated reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with management to support budgeting, audits, and financial analysis for decision-making across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple companies within the Group.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and assist in group consolidation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and accounting partners.
  • Strengthen internal controls and maintain accounting documentation.
  • Assist the CFO and CEO with financial projects and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably in a multinational or group setting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Member of ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in cross-border group consolidations.
  • Familiarity with US capital markets and listing processes (Nasdaq or NYSE).
  • Background in audit preparation, financial due diligence, or IPO readiness.
