About us
DJI International (the Group), established in 1989 is one of the leading manufacturers and distributes specialist in building material for all industry which include raised floor system, water-based resin, water resistant floor, low pressure cracks, silicon-rubber waterproofing paint, soft resin mortal for waterproofing and high strength epoxy flooring. The Group believes that trust is the most important key in business activities and recognizes improvement in the quality of products and services will gain more consumers' and customers. Besides that, the Group also aims for a better living society and a wholesome environment. DJI International is currently establishing distribution centers in other ASEAN countries according to their cost competitiveness and resources, e.g. Dong Ji (M) Sdn. Bhd. (since year 2000).
Qualifications & experience
- Relevant tertiary education is an added advantage but not a requirement.
- Fresh graduate or 2-3 year of sales experience in a similar market field is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- A person with a pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels.
- A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.
- Have driving license and possessing own transport also willing to travel.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Preferred candidate can START work immediately.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- To retain and further develop existing accounts, to develop new accounts, and continuously expand market penetration with full range product solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaint in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- To be able to understand customers' requirements clearly and device matching product/system solutions for Waterproofing and Insulation Systems.
- Managing clients' payments and ensuring transaction are completed.
- To manage debtors aging and ensure timely collection; to prepare monthly sales report.
- Provide products training and monitoring competitors sales activities.
- Develop new customer and sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales target and report on sales performance regularly.
- To gather market intelligence and provide accurate market feedback to the team.
