Group Corporate Affairs Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory & Government Affairs : Serve as the primary liaison with government bodies and regulatory agencies, monitoring policy changes and advocating for company interests.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including shareholders, NGOs, community leaders, and business partners.
  • Licensing & Compliance : Oversee and ensure the timely acquisition and renewal of all necessary licenses and permits for the group and related companies.
  • CSR Legal Oversight : Plan and execute CSR programs that support sustainability and community development through strategic partnerships.
  • Group Legal Coordination : Lead and coordinate corporate affairs functions across all subsidiaries and associated companies within and outside the Palmhead Group.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
  • A background in law is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate affairs, preferably in a group or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and government relations.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate licenses, permits, and public affairs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
