YOUR ROLE
The main purpose of this job function is to manage the overall ST Muar TL Inbound logistic operation execution and Freight validation in attainment of the Companys objectives through focusing on Service Cycle Time, Freight cost, Quality, Import and Export Compliance. In charge and responsible for the following Key Areas

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics Execution
• Material, spare parts & Equipment movement management
• Freight Validation and Billing
• Administrative on Consumable activity for Muar TL
• Freight urgency Execution
• LOP Management
• Freight Accrual and Reporting
• Manage Logistics Service KPI (Cycle time, Quality and compliance)
• Customs Exemption application and submission
• FG Courier Service Shipments

Your Skills & Experiences

• Diploma in Logistics and Freight Management or equivalent
• 5 years of Logistics Experience preferably in LMW environment
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office 365
• English business proficiency spoken and written
• Communication and coordination skill
• SAP system knowledge
• LMW knowledge
