At Hisential, we believe every patient deserves a world-class experience. We are expanding our men's health clinics in the Klang Valley (Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur) and are looking for Clinic Associates who can deliver the kind of warm, attentive service for all our patients.

What We're Looking For:

We're not just hiring clinic staff — we're building a hospitality-driven healthcare experience. If you have excellent manners, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for making every patient feel valued and cared for, you'll be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised, high-touch patient care, greeting patients warmly, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth registration and payment.
  • Manage prescriptions, appointments, and diagnostic coordination with attention to detail.
  • Support our doctors during consultations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinic space that reflects a premium healthcare experience.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients, remembering their preferences, following up, and making every visit feel special.
  • Training: Comprehensive onboarding to develop your clinical, administrative, and service skills
  • Work Hours: 45 hours per week (5-day work week)
