Job Responsibilities

  • Support the executive leadership team in developing, growing, and strengthening the organization into a world-class, industry-leading company.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, President, and executive team to drive company performance from both operational and financial perspectives.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver strong financial outcomes in sales, profitability, cash flow, systems, and reporting controls.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and operational procedures that align with company goals and long-term vision.
  • Define and monitor key performance goals to support sustainable growth and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce policies and practices that reinforce company culture, values, and strategic direction.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, including Production, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Finance, IT, HR, and EHS.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure teams perform at their highest level of efficiency, engagement, and accountability.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other senior executives in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to optimize organizational performance.
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented, and results-driven culture, promoting collaboration and adherence to company standards, policies, and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM35, RM50,000.00 per month
