Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM4,500

Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production & Editing
  • Plan, edit, and produce engaging video content for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopee Live, etc.).
  • Transform raw footage into polished videos that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for social media algorithms and audience engagement.
  • Creative Storytelling & Concept Development
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative video ideas.
  • Craft compelling visual stories for product launches, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent storytelling and tone across all visual assets.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

  • Add subtitles, transitions, animations, and sound design to enhance video quality.
  • Create short-form motion graphics and visual elements to support campaigns.
  • Ensure all edits are visually clean, dynamic, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Campaign Support & Optimization

  • Support marketing campaigns with video assets for ads, organic content, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Edit multiple variations of a video for A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Monitor engagement data and collaborate with the performance team to improve future content.

File Management & Workflow

  • Maintain organized project files, footage, and version tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery of video content according to campaign timelines.
  • Work with the creative lead to manage the post-production pipeline efficiently.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and growth managers to ensure visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with influencers or internal talent for content shooting and editing.
  • Provide feedback and support to junior editors or interns when needed.

Special Projects

  • Contribute to special campaigns such as influencer activations, live events, or brand storytelling projects.
  • Support IP content creation and ensure alignment with branding and performance goals

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
  • Basic knowledge of social media trends and content performance analytics.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and talents.
  • Prefered experience in Gaming Industry.
