Job Brief

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor (Team Lead) to guide our sales team and help grow our business in the hardware industry. The right person should have at least three years of experience in sales supervision, good leadership skills, and basic knowledge of hardware products. Your main tasks will be to manage daily sales and build good relationships with customers. If you enjoy leading a team and have a passion for the hardware business, we'd love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Oversee daily sales department operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales staff.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory sales role.
  • Prior experience in retail management is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
