Experience :

1) Tooling Maintenance
Monitor tooling inventory (record new & old tooling that available in MTL)
Segregate tooling already damaged from the record.
Record all the barcode in the system (including laser barcode at the tools (turret punch tools), punch & die for bending machine).
Monitor daily TP punch tools & BD punch & die movement according to the jobsheet.
Advice on the tooling conditions and report to the department head.
Maintaining TP tools maintenance at TOGU machine ( to grind the tools accordingly, training will be given – AMADA)
To maintain TP tools and bending tools are in good conditions at individual rack
To make sure the tooling is at designated rack (according to machine & rack)
To create awareness to the operator on how to use, store, maintain the tooling.
To make sure that setter/operator place the tooling at the station correctly.
To make sure the operators do 5S at the tooling area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
