Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive, located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and marketing of our dental education and training programs. Your primary duties will include planning and executing a wide range of offline marketing activities—such as seminars, exhibitions, and training events—from initial vendor sourcing and budget management to seamless on-site execution. You will conduct vital market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and will be accountable for monitoring and replenishing marketing material stock to support all initiatives. Additionally, you will manage our digital education outreach by handling webinar platform setup, speaker coordination, and post-event analysis to measure the success and ROI of all programs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Marketing and Event Planning
  • Experience in Event Management and Communication
  • Familiarity with Sales processes related to event-driven strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in design and video editing software is a significant advantage
