Grow here Job Description You will play a crucial role in designing and analyzing structures for various building projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations.Assist on structural design projects for a diverse range of buildings and structuresWorks on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving structural analysis and design.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure project successStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codesMentor and provide technical guidance to entry level engineers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline with CGPA > 3.5.Up to 2 years of experience in structural engineering, or related disciplineExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality workExperience working on large and complex projects is preferredInnovative thinking and ability to develop creative structural solutionsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Etabs, Autodesk Robot, Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, SAFE, StaadPro etc is preferred.Experience and skill in parametric modelling and computational design is preferred Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
