Good knowledge in mill process control and preventive maintenance.

Willingness to relocate and work in a mill environment, often involving weekend not the rest day or off day . 

Advantage in CEPSWAM & CEPPOME for DOE requirements

Advantage in Authorized Gas Tester for DOSH requirements

Will be more Advantage Grade 1 or 2 Steam Engineer license from DOSH

Manage documentation and compliance with standards like MSPO

Monitor and ensure raw water and boiler water treatment are within control limits.
