Pre-Delivery Inspection

About your role

As part of our Operations team, the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Executive plays a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets the highest quality and safety standards before reaching the customer. This role focuses on vehicle inspection, preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. If you are detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about automotive quality, this position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a seamless and premium vehicle delivery experience.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections based on standard checklists to ensure quality and safety.
• Identify and report any defects, damages, or missing parts, and ensure issues are resolved before delivery.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, including cleaning, fueling, installing accessories, and ensuring all documents (manuals, warranty booklet, etc.) are in place.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and service teams to schedule and track inspections efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inspection and delivery records and update the system with vehicle status in real time.
• Re-inspect vehicles after any repair or rectification work.
• Support showroom and delivery operations during peak periods, including assisting with vehicle movement, inventory checks, and display setups.
• Participate in training sessions for new models and updated inspection standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in automotive inspection or quality control is preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of vehicle components and systems.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to ensuring high-quality standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
