Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

2. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

3. Maintain and update systems, applications, and security tools.

4. Monitor and support the company's network and internet connectivity.

5. Perform routine data backups and help maintain IT inventory records.

6. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.

7. Document technical procedures and provide user guidance when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT support, computer hardware, software and networking or similar role

3. Familiar with Windows systems, networking, basic server knowledge, and POS/CCTV systems

4. Experience with retails system is advantage (POS, accounting software like Auto-count, SQL etc.)

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

6. Good problem-solving and communication skills

7. Able to travel occasionally to outlets (with allowance provided)
