Safety and Health Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily Toolbox Meetings, safety inductions for new workers, and other awareness programs.
  • Investigate and report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, including root cause analysis and follow-up corrective/preventive actions.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans, including evacuation drills and first-aid preparedness.
  • Liaise and maintain good working relationships with DOSH, CIDB, local authorities, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Keep accurate records of safety reports, inspection checklists, training attendance, permits-to-work, and incident logs.

Requirements:

  • Registered Safety & Health Officer (Green Book Holder) with DOSH Malaysia.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Safety and Health Officer, preferably in construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction site hazards.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Willing to be based full-time on-site in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
