Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the stability, availability, and performance of the company's core global infrastructure on the AWS cloud platform, and accountable for the SLAs of the production environment.

Experienced with the architectural design of cloud-native components such as Kubernetes, Envoy, Service Mesh, and Ingress Gateway, enabling targeted troubleshooting.

Improve operational efficiency through the development of automated tools and platforms (IaC, CI/CD), enabling system observability, self-healing, and rapid fault recovery.

Participate in the development and implementation of operational security systems, including but not limited to permission control (AWS IAM/K8s RBAC), network security policies, vulnerability management, and emergency response.

Build and improve a global operational system, including but not limited to capacity planning, monitoring and alerting (Prometheus/ELK), CI/CD (GitLab/Jenkins), disaster recovery, and automated fault recovery.

Have a deep understanding of business architecture, participate in the design of high availability and disaster recovery solutions, and continuously optimize costs.

Job Requirements

More than 5 years of Linux operations/SRE/DevOps experience, with proven ability to operate large-scale distributed systems.

Proficient in the use, architecture, and operations of core AWS services (such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, ELB, RDS, etc.), with extensive experience in cost optimization.

In-depth understanding of Kubernetes architecture, with experience managing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning large-scale Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

Familiarity with Layer 7 traffic management technologies such as Envoy, Istio/Linkerd service mesh, or Nginx/Istio ingress controllers.

Strong operational security awareness and practices, with familiarity with common security vulnerabilities and mitigations at the operating system, network, and application layers.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go/Python/Shell) and the engineering expertise to solve operations and maintenance problems through automated tools and platforms.

Proficiency in the Prometheus monitoring system and the ELK logging stack, enabling the construction of an efficient observability platform.

Excellent experience in capacity planning and performance stress testing, enabling quantitative analysis and planning of system bottlenecks.
