Job Scopes for Admin Clerk

Sales and Customer Support:

  • Assist in daily sales operations and handling customer inquiries from e-commerce platforms, walk-in clients, and wholesale customers.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Coordination and Tracking:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and update sales performance reports for management.
  • Facilitate inventory management and coordinate timely delivery of products with suppliers and logistics teams.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives for liquor products.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving social media pages, e-commerce sites, and branding efforts.

Administrative Tasks and Compliance:

  • Manage sales-related documentation, from contracts to invoices.
  • Assist with audits, compliance checks, and pricing updates.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.
