Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Manager role based in Bintulu. The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. They will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, facilitate training programs, support organizational development, and manage conflict resolution. The candidate will promote a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with the company's broader goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in performance management, training facilitation, and organizational development.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on fostering positive workplace culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRM) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in a managerial capacity.
