Responsibilities :

  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items.
  • Assist in filing, typing and any other ad-hoc functions.
  • Monitor visitor and maintain security awareness.
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
  • Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of the Conference Rooms and Reception area.
  • Manage and monitor office inventory by conducting regular stock checks.
  • Coordinate and place orders for replenishment of stationery, pantry items, snacks, refreshments and other office supplies.
  • Assist in car booking for company shared vehicles and meeting room bookings to maintain proper usage records.
  • Assist in General Office administration.
  • Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or related qualifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience in handling full set of accounts is an added advantage.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Candidates fluent who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
