About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architectural/Interior Design Site Staff to join our team at a project site in Pantai Dalam. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hands-on environments and are eager to contribute to design execution and coordination.

Scope of Work

  • Assist in site supervision, coordination, and implementation of architectural and interior design works
  • Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and site sketches as needed
  • Develop and present 3D visualizations to support design intent and client communication
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure design compliance and quality standards
  • Conduct on-site measurements, inspections, and documentation
  • Support project team in resolving design-related site issues promptly
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, site photos, and progress reports

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent)
  • Must have own transport and be willing to work full-time on-site
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
