About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the dynamic team at ZOOMLION HEAVY INDUSTRY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD' in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. As the Marketing Executive (Events & Exhibition), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company's marketing events and exhibitions. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for events and exhibitions
  2. Coordinating and managing all aspects of the company's participation in trade shows and industry events
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and promotion
  4. Negotiating with vendors and service providers to secure the best deals for the company
  5. Analysing event and exhibition performance data to identify areas for improvement
  6. Maintaining and updating the company's events and exhibitions calendar
  7. Representing the company at industry events and networking with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or marketing
  2. Strong organisational and project management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in budget planning and cost control
  5. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. A creative and innovative mindset
  8. Familiarity with the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry is preferred
