We're seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about the construction industry and eager to learn project cost management from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities (BQ).


• Support tender preparation, pricing, and procurement coordination.


• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in price comparison.


• Handle site measurements, progress claims, and variation orders.


• Maintain cost records and project documentation.


• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.


• Carry out other QS-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements


• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent.


• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.


• Good understanding of construction drawings and measurement basics.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CostX / AutoCAD is an advantage.


• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.


• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an added advantage).
