Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage tender submissions for both government and private sector projects.
  • Ensure all tender documentation complies with requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain an organized record of all upcoming tenders and business proposals.
  • Prepare quotations, RFPs (Request for Proposal), and RFQs (Request for Quotation).
  • Conduct client presentations and support business development activities.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and project briefings as required.
  • Coordinate tender logistics, timelines, and submission planning to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
  • Strong command of both Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Ariba System is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel for outstation assignments when necessary.
  • Experience with e-Perolehan and Tender Direct platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary Package : RM2800 (exc incentive)

Working Hours :

  • Monday to Friday : 9am-5pm
  • Saturday (Alternate) : 9am-1pm

Public Transport Accessible : LRT KL Sentral / Bus Rapid KL / Monorel (KL Sentral) / MRT Muzium Negara
