Job Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound call and outbound call regarding Postpaid & Fibre related issue.
- Assist customer in troubleshoot line issue
- Walk customer thru product of company and promotion
- Cross/up-selling company product with call in customer.
Job Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder with 1 year working experience in a call center.
- Able to work 24/7 shift rotation basis
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Basic technical troubleshooting experience will be added advantages
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and platform (E.g. WhatsApp, App, ChatBOT platform and etc)
- Willing to perform up-sales/cross-selling during the call
- Customer oriented
